Pontica grew their team to over 600+ in Bulgaria and since June, 2021 in Krakow, Poland. Currently, a team of 30 people has been assembled and operating in Krakow.

Essentially, Pontica Solutions helps their clients - top delivery platforms, retailers, game producers, etc. from the hi-tech, fin-tech, logistics, healthcare and gaming sector - to set up and develop their multilingual teams in more than 30 languages. Job opportunities vary from Customer and Technical Support together with Back Office activities, to Account Managers, Project Managers, Data Analysts, Front and Back end Testing, PHP, Java, Scala, Javascript Developers, and many more…

For its biggest client - Stuart, Pontica sustains a team of 250+ people globally, who are engaged in the delivery and liveops processes in the UK, France, Spain, Portugal and Poland. Stuart is building an online platform that enables businesses in any industry to deliver their customers with never-seen-before speed and efficiency.

After establishing the Krakow team in June, Stuart is penetrating the Italian market, leading to the buildup of a team, consisting of Customer Success Specialists and a Supervisor with Italian.
