A poll we have recently on social media told us that a staggering 86% of folks would gladly skip the array of fancy perks for a fatter paycheck. It seems that when it comes to the crunch, cold hard cash trumps a plush bean bag chair in the office. However, there's a kaleidoscope of benefits out there that still makes employees' hearts flutter with joy. 
While a solid income is undeniably tempting, the variety of desired workplace benefits is rich and constantly evolving. From the freedom to work from wherever to the pursuit of personal growth, it's clear that employees are seeking a more holistic approach to job satisfaction.
