As of 2025, nPloy offers two different types of job ads and job ad bundles, all designed with you in mind - we want to help you develop your business and hire more qualified candidates faster, making sure you get to explore our constantly growing database whenever you need it.
There are two things you should know about jobs posted on nPloy:
- Users that match your job criteria are the ones seeing it - meaning that you and your team will spend time on pre-qualified candidates only.
- All applicants are anonymised to guarantee an unbiased recruitment process. Once you’ve ‘approved’ a candidate you’ll be able to see their personal information (name, email, phone number, photo)
Before we move to the bundles, let’s talk about Talent Pool Credits - our game-changer for proactive recruitment. These credits allow you to invite candidates from our database who match your job descriptions to apply. And the best part? Once purchased, they’re yours to use for a whole year.
Now, off to the fun part. nPloy now offers:

It allows you to quickly reach tens of thousands of active job seekers whose skills match the requirements of your open roles.

nPloy’s new job ad bundles and proactive credits allow for (and strongly encourage) proactive recruitment. Furthermore, we’ve opened our candidate database for companies of all sizes and origins - a feature previously available only in our enterprise subscription. Proactive recruiting is a better approach to candidate selection, where organizations make the first move towards talents. It could be used for a situation where a company attracts potential prospects before the need for hiring arises, but here at nPloy, we give it a slightly different meaning. Proactive recruiting in nPloy means actively researching candidates from nPloy’s database - the Talent Pool - using the available filters (job title, location, skills, language proficiency, occupation) and inviting them to apply for your open positions. Which, by the way, only takes two clicks - that’s all you have to do to send a "Match request" - once sent, that candidate will receive three notifications: an email, a push notification (if they have the nPloy app), and an SMS text message. This ensures they are alerted to your invitation to apply for your job.

Breaking up with subscriptions and going all-in on pay-as-you-go
With remote and hybrid work reshaping how companies operate, and with inflation rates constantly fluctuating, it’s only natural for hiring trends to change in order to reflect the above dynamic.
Simultaneously, the rise of usage-based pricing in SaaS has proven one thing: flexibility wins. Always. Businesses no longer want to be locked into rigid subscriptions - they want control, adaptability, and the freedom to pay for what they actually use.
That’s exactly why we’re saying goodbye to subscriptions and embracing a pay-as-you-go model. Because hiring should work on your terms, not the other way around.
Disadvantages of subscriptions
Let’s be honest - most subscriptions are stiff. In the case of nPloy, while the four main subscription packages allowed for unlimited job postings and additional benefits such as employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns, they still remained rather inflexible when it came to the time period you use them for. For example, subscriptions require an upfront payment but cannot take into account if and when you’re not actively using the service, and there is limited availability to scale up or down.
Recruitment subscription models took into consideration 4 main factors: job postings per month, proactive recruitment, team size, and employer branding services. We missed the part where HR needs can change month-to-month. So it was time to say “Goodbye” to subscriptions set in stone and embrace flexibility.
