“Romania's job market is rapidly maturing, transitioning from IT and BPO outsourcing to a diversified outsourcing hub. This evolution places Romania ahead of countries still focused on IT and call centers.”, Konstantin says.

Our team is extremely happy that nPloy has seen impressive growth in both Bulgaria and Romania, with more than 82,000 new users and over 370 new employers joining the platform last year. We’ve managed to overcome the initial scepticism and can proudly say that the platform's tailored solutions quickly resonated with both job seekers and employers. “The introduction of remote jobs significantly boosted our user base, emphasizing the growing demand for flexibility.” Konstantin noted.
Looking ahead, the main goal is to increase our presence in Romania by amplifying marketing efforts and boosting brand awareness.
We plan to grow our candidate base in Romania by over 300% in the next two years and establish nPloy as the go-to recruitment platform for companies across various sectors. The success we’ve experienced so far gives us the confidence to set ambitious targets. We are already witnessing substantial growth this year with an increase in both users and corporate clients.

“The success of our previous funding rounds has enabled us to scale operations, enhance our platform, and expand into new markets. Additional investment will support our ambitious goals, including expanding our global presence.”
In 2022, nPloy set a goal to expand into ten markets, and we have made remarkable progress, particularly through global remote job offerings, now available in the app. Rather than focusing on specific markets, we are committed to expanding our global reach, bringing talents and companies together worldwide.
