The Alorica Shared Services Center in Sofia opened in 2018. Its primary goals are to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and support our global business needs.

The center currently employs 1000+ people and plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality support services across various regions.

8. What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned during your time at Alorica?

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is the importance of resilience and adaptability.

The BPO sector is dynamic, and being able to pivot quickly and embrace change has been crucial to both personal and professional success.

9. What advice would you give to candidates interested in joining Alorica?

My advice to candidates is to be open-minded and proactive. Embrace the opportunity to learn and grow within the company. 10. What is the most important thing you’ve learned in your current position?
